Sometimes it's needed:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Phil 4:6-7
and...
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Pro 3:5-6
No...I do not go around freely quoting bible verses all day...although I probably should...but I do seek for answers in His word. And sometimes not answers...but reasons. And sometimes not reasons...but just for guidance on what to do, or think when I know there are no answers. It is where I can calm myself, find peace, and remember that ultimately I am not in control. There is something much greater happening than me. There is a greater plan in place...and I am just a tiny part of it. Things happen that make my heart ache...as much as make it rejoice. We all have to make tough decisions...what I think are tests of faith. We can crumble...or we can lean on Him and find strength...and that strength enables us to handle...and recover...from anything...with grace.
