We had our first haircut today...and we had to cut off the baby curls!! OUCH! She did remarkably well. I was scared she would have nothing to do with a haircut...but after I got a trim and Big Sis got a cut, too...she was ready...and took it like a champ. She did keep her perfected signature pout the whole time, but there were no tears and no screaming...even when the old ladies tried to talk to her. On a side note...the lady that gave her her first haircut is the same lady who gave me mine! It was a wonderful day and a milestone...more for me than her. Riley looks so grown up with her little cut...and yes...I did keep some curls.
